"Mr. Wm. P. COLEMAN, aged 82 years, died at the city hospital, at 7 o'clock Sunday morning after an illness of one month, but had been a a patient at the hospital only about twenty-four hours. He suffered a stroke of paralysis Saturday.
He is survived by three sons, Messrs. W.A., T.W. and B.E. COLEMAN, all of Columbus, and by one daughter, Mrs. C.M. Pope, of Columbus. He was a member of the Primitive Baptist church.

"Stinson, GA, April 4--Mrs. Sarah C. COLEMAN, an aged and highly esteemed lady, died at the residence of her son, Mr. B.E. COLEMAN, at this place this afternoon at 2:15. The deceased formerly resided in Russell county, Ala, and was the wife of Mr. Wm. P. COLEMAN. She leaves six children, three daughters and three sons, all of whom, except Mr. B.E. COLEMAN, reside in Columbus. She was a Christian lady, having been for a long time a consistent member of the Primitive Baptist church. Her remains will be carried to Hatchechubbee, Ala., where they will be interred tomorrow evening at 5:00. Mrs. COLEMAN had been ill several weeks, and while her death was not unexpected, it will occasion the deepest sorrow among her large circle of acquaintances, by whom she was greatly loved."
