Bakers district whose father departed this life some years past, his mother still living, at the time of drawing for present lottery, his mother supposed him to be of age.  Since then it appearing by the age of a relative in the neighborhood that Ambrose was not 21 years of age at the time of his drawing, Ambrose is willing to relinquish his claim.  Ambrose at the time of making this affidavit producing a tax receipt for the year 1806 which had the appearance of innocence on his part 17 Sep 1807
